At The Auto Masters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items may include items that have been installed, used, or are electrical/electronic components (unless faulty). Please contact us to confirm eligibility before returning.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 2–5 business days), or
• An exchange for another item of equal value.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
